Vertex Spatial Dynamics collects volumetric data and standard personal telemetry (name, email) solely for the purpose of executing structural and interior engineering contracts. We do not sell data to third-party entities.

LiDAR scans and point cloud data generated during Phase 1 remain the intellectual property of Vertex Spatial Dynamics unless explicitly transferred via contract.
